From the reports I can find she stood trial for three murders and has been found guilty of capital murder on two counts. The jury starts deliberating tomorrow about whether the penalty should be death or life imprisonment. The prosecution is seeking death.

Even if she gets life on these counts, there are still two other killings for which she can be charged and with which she could ultimately receive the DP.
