Ah, lo these many, many years of yore Yours truly still retains the recollection of how my mouth turned up at the ends due to that rhythmic sound And yours truly was absolutely certain that, if given the opportunity Yours truly would force others to move to the beat in unity, And perhaps for at least some time their joy would have some ground But the second month’s cold brought to me a physical shaking With every periodical delivery route stop yours truly was making Ill tidings on the threshold When I tried to move my legs my knees would simply fold Did tears roll from my eyes?
