On a more serious note, I see that poster **chappy** registered in 2009, and happily went about his business until earlier this month, when he started posting about a variety of unrelated conspiracy theories (pole-shifting brown dwarf stars heading to earth, Jehova’s Witnesses and now the assasination-more gold than exists on the planet- theory. In all seriousness, I suspect that poster **chappy** needs to adjust his medications or get on some pronto. He’s showing classic signs of mental illness. ---

I made it about halfway through the second document. At that point, I quit reading because the crazy was just too painful to bear. The documents appear to have been drafted by a layman of the “sovereign citizen” variety, who seems to subscribe to the “magic words” theory of jurisprudence. The documents do not appear to have actually been filed in any court. They appear to be little more than the delusional ramblings of a madman. They aren’t worth the paper they are printed on. ---

And in any case if the pole-shifting brown star is going to clobber us and the Jehovah’s Witnesses are going to provoke Armageddon, what the hell use is the gold going to be? (BTW on a note of internal consistency: Even if the bankers had leveraged their gold stash into debt/money supply equivalent to many times the amount of actual gold that exists, or many trillions more than the world GDP, all that would mean when the gig were up would be that the leveraged wealth would crash-devalue and the monetary system hyperinflate until values matched reality. So you’d get your 15 trillion dollars and that would be worth four goats, 20 cases of canned food and a water-purification kit. Or you could trade Monaco for a gerry can of gas for Albert’s getaway car. ) And all a notarized statement means is that the notary saw you sign it and verified that indeed it was you, and that this indeed is the original document that was put in front of you to sign. As **Oakminster** says, these don’t seem to have been filed with any authority as a claim, but are merely proclamations. Whopee. ---
