You are correct. I believe the medical term the previous poster was looking for is ‘ding-a-ling,’ not ‘who-ha.’ Unless of course he was referring to the more rotund, and far less common, ‘wang.’

> Maybe in the UK, but here in the prudish States the **who-ha** is way more verbotten than the **hey-nani-nani**. Forget television, even in film a full frontal of a chick is only an R. If its a guy its an almost guaranteed NC-17.

I disagree. We could probably rattle off a couple dozen movies where male genitalia are shown. (There’s hundreds of 'em wagging in the wind in _Eurotrip_, for example.)

Name three movies where a woman’s actual genitalia are shown…almost always it’s just pubic hair. (I can only think of _Basic Instinct_, but you need a Tivo, and possibly _Secretary_.)

Yeah but, again, in uptight America:

**female pubic hair ≈ vagina**

Quite wrong. There are scores if not hundreds of R-rated movies with male frontal nudity. Can you name even one movie that was given a NC-17 rating solely because of male frontal nudity?

Sounds just the ticket for liberated American parents who wouldn’t let their two year old near the dangerously euphemistic “_Willy_ Wonka”, and would rather vote for Bush, or sell their SUV, than allow their offspring to be subverted by the patriarchal misogyny of Punch and Judy. I have a feeling, however, that the styling “Puppetry of the Vulva” would be insisted upon by the true radicals for whom “down there” is on a par with “enduring freedom”.

Really? Could you list a couple? For, um, research. Yeah. Research. And I’m not talking accidental (like Kevin Bacon in **Wild Things** or anything with Kevin Costner - I want more than just a “I think that’s his” glimpse, here. I know that Ewan McGregor’s pretty famous for his full frontals, so you don’t have to list those (but I’ll be renting them shortly).

As for women, I think that John Travolta movie where he’s investigating the death of a military higher up’s daughter counts - there’s a coupla longer scenes of her staked out spread-eagled, which surprised me when I saw it. One is when she’s dead, granted (hollywood seems not to mind so much when the subject’s no longer with us), but the other’s when she’s still alive. Can’t remember the name right now - she’s a PsyOps officer and screws with people’s minds, maybe also stars Donald Sutherland? Anyway, that one’s got some significant female nudity.

I think the most recent onscreen dingus I’ve seen was the research assistant in **Kinsey**. But the all-time classic is Graham Chapman in **Life of Brian**.

_Talk to Her_ by Pedro Almodóvar has a giant vagina scene. It’s not a real vagina, but it’s still pretty graphic…

Oh, and full-frontal Ewan is always nice…

_The General’s Daughter_. There seems to be a rating difference with an erecta bigus dickus as opposed to a flacid one.

You want giant vulvae? Check out **Calmos** (AKA **Femmes Fatales** ):

> **[Femmes Fatales (1976) - IMDb](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074524/)**
>
> Femmes Fatales: Directed by Bertrand Blier. With Jean-Pierre Marielle, Jean Rochefort, Bernard Blier, Brigitte Fossey. Two men flee to the countryside to escape their sexual duties and settle for a quiet, rustic life.

There’s also an animated cartoon with a guy that gets turned into a giant vulva by an alien. I think it’s called “The Sex Shop”, but I can’t search for it here.

The [Love! Valour! Compassion!](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0119578/) has plenty of male full-frontal nude.

Why no girly-parts pupetry? Probably because seeing what you’re doing down there requires a mirror and a good bit of neck-craning. I hardly ever actually watch what’s going on down there, I just go by feel. 😉

Yeah, but Jim Carey doesn’t need to see what he’s doing when he’s talking out of his butt.

Umm…I’ve seen this film more times than I care to admit, and I can assure you with 99.99999999% confidence that (unless it’s some Jessica Rabbit-style one-frame Easter egg) there is no male nudity in it. Also, it’s rated PG-13, not R.

There’s brief frontal nudity in the scene in _Ace Ventura 2_ where Jim Carrey is getting “birthed” from the mechanical rhinocerous. Yes, it’s one of those scenes where you have to slow-mo the DVD.
