zyada - that had me ROFLMAO! (Actually, it had me laughing hard enough to spray coffee over my keyboard, necessitating a major cleanup, but that’s another story.) I’m a big Molly Ivins fan; do you know what days her columns run in the Star-Telegram? (I looked on their site for an archive of her columns, but couldn’t find one, alas.) It’s rare that her stuff gets run in the Washington Post. (Too bad; her presence would improve the op-ed page immeasurably!) ---

RTF, I am probably mistaken, but didn’t Molly Ivens get breast cancer, an chose not to write for awhile? I may have her confused for another writer, because TWO regular additions have disappeared from my beloved SF Chronicle.
