# They pranged my MGB

Hope it works this time.

Make sure you have [this](https://www.google.com/search?q=wire+harness+smoke&client=safari&hl=en-us&prmd=sivn&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiZ45a7gfvcAhWn34MKHcbkCk4Q_AUIEigC&biw=1024&bih=672&dpr=2#imgrc=oCS0FKrFSw_0-M:) on hand too… More important than Blinker Fluid for BMW drivers 😃

Seriously though, get a tube of dielectric grease and as you clean the corrosion off your ground points and bullet connectors, give them a good coat. IME experience, Lucas gets a bad rap - just keep the corrosion at bay (hard after 50-60 years) and things work the way they should.

My old BMW turn stalk works the windshield sprayer when you pull it toward you. Took me forever to figure that out. And I have the manual and everything! 😃
