# They're Back!

These aren’t the same thing. The beneficial insects you can buy to release in your garden are most likely [Hippodamia convergens](http://www.fcps.edu/islandcreekes/ecology/convergent_ladybug_beetle.htm), while the infernal Asian lady beetles are [these fuckers](http://www.ars.usda.gov/is/br/lbeetle/). They bite (or, more correctly, pinch), they stink, they poop-walk all over your walls, and they swarm by the millions on warm days in the fall. Sure, they eat aphids too, but for some of us aphids are preferable.

Thank you! We have a Tractor Supply in town, and in my area, it’s out of stock. I guess I’ll see if they can order some for me, or if I can order it online.

I’m willing to try anything to get rid of these things.
