# Things dumped outside a clothing drop-box:  Fair game, or theft?

Okay. Now that there’s new information, I change my mind. It’s not theft. And while it would be beyond saintly of you to drive that stuff to a charity that can actually use it, you certainly don’t have to. Good for you for actually looking the organization up and finding out what they take. Shame the dumpers can’t actually manage to do the same.
