I did not read the other thread but re “Bodybuilding” in this thread which most ladies (assumedly) in this thread are lumping in with gym toned bodies you really need to understand that if a man is serious about working out the appreciation of his body by women is a side benefit, and a nice one, but the main reason he is doing it is not to be a player but to improve the way he looks and feels for himself. Men who are somewhat (but not overly) out of shape can _easily_ get women if they are wealthy, or charming or clever enough. The guy working out in the gym is (and this sounds like a cliche) mainly doing it for himself because it makes him feel better. When you are doing rep and squats and etc, the last thing in your head is how much tail you can get by working out. ---

Not even to mention the fact that the serious bodybuilders I know spend considerably less than “8 hours” in the gym. My one friend who has been in national competitions and magazines would be in the gym about 45 minutes a day. He was able to turn into a muscle monster through short heavy workouts, strict diet, freakish genetics and modern chemistry. ---

I do associate with gym rats, and their main topic of conversation is their bodies, fitness plans, diet, upcoming competitions, etc. Maybe I should have compared them to pageant queens instead of reality stars. One or two hours in the gym a few nights per week does not a bodybuilder make. Those who devote 8 hours on a session are not sexually appealing. To me. ---
