I’m sure people said that in 1975, since girls didn’t have public hair then, either. They might only have said it in extremely squicky contexts, but they did say it. And even for adult women, the number of them shaving their privates in 1975 surely wasn’t zero, I remember reading of such things in Penthouse Forum in the early eighties. “That woman has a penis”, OTOH, would probably qualify for the thread. ---
