Well, I was going to reply to Cicero’s post with “at the same time…:eek:?” So I got it. Also a threesome WITH two durian. Ouchie, stinky, NO! I hate the voices on Sponge Bob. I don’t actually mind the show, it is okayish amusing, but the voices on it make me twitchy. ---

I was lonely, isolated, freezing cold, broke, sick, and constantly clashing with the culture around me. It was two years of being constantly physically, socially, and emotionally uncomfortable, and I whined my way through the whole thing. But I found it immensely rewarding, and wouldn’t trade it for anything. I threw all of my frustration into giving my all in my job, and it paid off. I learned a lot about a fascinating culture and place, discovered a discipline and drive I never knew I had, and the relationships I built with my students were amazing and continue to enrich my life. I bawled like a baby the night I flew out, and I still get nostalgic for those times even when I remind myself how deeply unfun it was at the time. ---

We waited five years for this one because I needed the twins to be in school before I had another child. I am done after this one! I’m just not a baby person. I find sports, except for World Cup Soccer, to be extremely boring. I look like this: :rolleyes: …every time people start talking about baseball and why the Red Socks or Yankees suck or why the Giants lost yesterday. It seriously bores me, and my dad too. I remember we were just in the car and there was something interesting in the radio. Then they start talking about sports and my dad turns off the radio in frustration and says how he is so bored of sports talk. ---

Bowling. It’s the same thing over and over again. How do people not get bored playing this? Just the idea of being in a bowling alley all afternoon, watching balls crash into pins minute after minute, kills a part of my soul. I think it must be purgatory. ---
