My porn browsing habits, while not illegal, is the kind of thing I think most people would not approve of. At all. Even a little bit. I think “ableism” is one of the dumbest ideas ever to come from the liberal end of the political spectrum. Also, some views on the value of the life of pre-sapient babies that many people would probably disapprove of. ---

I am a total Federalist and fiscal conservative and believe more in capitalism than socialism but … I think necessities like water, gas (both natural and automotive), electricity and I would even say high-speed internet access should be nationalized and given to all US residents at a virtual per-cost basis. Companies show that they cannot be trusted to NOT screw over the public even with PUC oversight. ---

If you’re on disability as well, I’m sure you know that people are not always understanding about it. 🙂 I wonder if it appears that a disproportionate amount of Dopers are on disability, because the board skews older, and older people are more likely to be disabled? That’s just my perception though. Or does intelligence predispose you to becoming disabled at some point in your life, before normal retirement age? Not trying to be a smart-ass here; just brainstorming the possibilities. :o ---
