A friend of mine wants to buy a bunch of limes, and have a lime Fiesta where we make lots of different things with limes. I have done this with her before and we made: Pico de Gallo Limeade (sparkling too!) Guacamole Chili-lime potato chips I would make some of these again and i also want to make Larb Gai, and I was wondering what other things you can do with limes. I have a sodastream and a deep fryer. I also imagine you could make good salad dressing with lime juice. Maybe well make key lime pie as well. ---

Get yourselves some cachaça from the liquor store and make a bunch of caipirinhas. Second the Key Lime Pie - you don’t really need “key” limes for that. Also, good carbonated water (SodaStream) with some lime squeezed in is a great thirst quencher. ---

A classic margarita made with good tequila and fresh lime juice is a thing of beauty: 2 parts tequila, 1 part Cointreau, 1 part lime juice (or maybe a little more). That’s all you need. Well, and salt. None of this margarita mix silliness though. ---
