fish sauce works for both the dog and cat as appetite enhancers too. Tho I don’t recommend putting that on your english muffin! ---

My first choice is a little butter and my mom’s wild Maine blueberry jam. We own land where blueberries grow naturally. Second choice is lots o’ butter followed by sugar and cinnamon. ---

You might need to experiment a bit for your exact proportions, but cinnamon mixed into regular old sugar and sprinkled on top of a just-out-of-the-oven sponge (sheet) cake (lightly butter the top first) is the best. ---

Hi quality tahini (my favorites are from Soom Foods or Seed + Mill). Maybe with some thinly sliced cucumber or bell pepper. Peanut butter and sriracha. Cream cheese and strawberry or raspberry jam. ---
