# Things to smear/spread/sprinkle on or otherwise apply to toast or similar surfaces

Smoked whitefish salad and a schmear of cream cheese sprinkled with capers is best on a toasted bagel, but toast is an acceptable substitute.

IMHO this is carrying low/no-carb to an absurd extreme. A flat disc made with eggs and no flour is a crepe, not a tortilla.
