Cold blooded animals love to bask in a warm spot. That seems to me to indicate they do feel cold, there just isn’t anything they can do about it. ---

I totally do this. I pick at my skin too, though I’ve managed to cut back since that’s more obvious and makes people ask me why I have tiny scabs on my arms. I pace a lot. I don’t get how people can just stand in one place while nothing is happening. Sometimes I get up and walk around in the middle of meals because man, I’m just sitting here and eating. That’s boring! This is another thing I try not to do around other people because they ask me where I’m going and don’t seem to understand “I’m just walking”. I talk to myself, as in I make up entire conversations with people. For instance, if I have to write a paper or something I will walk around and try to explain my main concepts to a pretend person. Or I talk in Russian to a pretend Russian because hell, I get no practice otherwise. I don’t talk out loud but I do move my lips, so there’s another thing I can’t do in public. I slip up sometimes though. I wonder how many times I’ve been the crazy lady :smack: ---

I move a lot. I have this personal goal to live in as many cool places in the U.S. as possible. My family thinks that I am ‘lost’ or ‘running away from something’. I am neither…there is nothing like the adventure of a road trip with my trusty side kick, MiAmor (my dog) to discover a new place. Love it! Pure freedom… ---

I shout at the walls, I talk in almost my conversational volume while walking by myself, I mutter quietly in tone without phoneme if trying to hold it in, & it can be bursting to get out. I fold small bits of refuse into neat squares. For instance, straw wrappers or empty sugar packets, candy wrappers and the like. It’s a trait I picked up from my dad. ---

**I Ching** Nobody knows what the hell I’m doing when I throw three coins six times and write down a sequence of numbers. I’m not one of those “ask one question in a reverential manner and meditate on the answer” either. I tend to ask follow-up and clarifying questions. Of course, now that I’m training to do support for a company that has a lot of **i** (product name) stuff, I joke that I’m working on their next product, the iChing. 😛 ---

Neat freak is about all I’ve got. Can’t stand crumbs on the floor or counters. Also obsessive with my car, no eating, limited drinking if you’ve proven you’re not a spiller. Nothing stays in my car except the essentials; cell phone, garage door opener, MP3 player, sunglasses. Any junk I’m carting around has to come out of the car when I get home.
