Chitterlings. Chit’lins if you want. Delicious…but the smell is…well, really bad.

Lamb, period. Smells horrid while cooking, damn tasty in the mouth. Which is really strange, given that our sense of taste is our sense of smell combined with our tongue’s ability to discern swet, salty, bitter, sour and umami.
