My mother gave me a kitten as a birthday present. I sometimes call the cat “my precious”, just to see who’s read a certain series of novels. The spewing laughter reveals 'em, every time. ---

OTOH, I plead guilty to using **vaca** and our GPS is named **Bitchy**. My car is **The Wannabe** , as in “I’m not big enough to be a real SUV but I sort of look like one of those big boys.” ---

Is there nothing people won’t randomly home in on to tear others down? Seriously. This is the dumbest fucking pit thread I’ve seen in a long time. Sometimes this board really just seems like a bitter hang out for outcasts. Sometimes I participate in the random judging of others too though and I need to stop. Fuck this. ---

I loathe when women refer to themselves as preggo when they’re pregnant. I also hate the DH, DD, DS abbreviations and the use of the word “sammies” or “sammich.” I can’t stand the term hubby for husband. It drives me nuts when people at work use the term “confab” and “convo.” When I hear it, I have a _Family Guy_ fantasy of me as Dick Cheney the Wal-Mart greeter, saying “Go fuck yourself” to everyone who walks in the door. Come to think of it, I have that reaction to almost everything. ---
