In the Navy, I was angry because my car failed inspection for a broken headlight. The anger was foolish since I had no notion at the time of how much the light would cost to fix (not much). When the fellow told me, I slammed the car door with the window rolled down and was rewarded with a sound like a crystal chandelier falling on a cement floor. I was more angry at that point. ---

A carburetor that was the cause of a miss in an engine, took a two pound hammer to it. HEHEHEHE, a wave of glee washed through me, as I went to buy another. That carburetor would never aggravate another human again. Did the same thing to a wagner power painter. ---

I have broken a lot of things while angry. Dishes seem to be the most handy things to break, as do vcr tapes. The one thing that angered my husband the most was I hit his tool box with a hammer. It left a big dent in his $4000 tool box. ---

Interesting…I always thought scenes in films of people breaking things when they were angry were fake. Guess I was wrong. The thought of breaking something when I am angry has never entered my mind…guess that makes me weird. I scream, swear and maybe leave the office/house/room and go for a walk…but breaking something? Nah…it would only make me even more pissed off when I had to pay to repair it. ---

A room I was staying in once had a fire alarm that would go off at random moments. I knocked it off the wall with a baseball bat, then stomped it into little tiny pieces. Aaaahh. A while ago I had a job that required us to talk over radios (walkie-talkie type things). I got a little upset and smashed it on the ground. Very satisfying, until I had to put it back together. Add another PS2 controller to the list (Medal of Honor: Frontline) Oh, and during my raging drunk days (which are happily behind me now) I once picked up a coffee table and tried to throw it through a wall. It only got about halfway, though. ---

Spent hours building a technic leggo JCB, and then for no apparent reason threw it at the floor smashing it to pieces. My brother has put his fist through a wall. Recently I was really pissed off at work, so I rammed the CD tray of one of the servers in very hard, breaking it. To this day no-one knows and thinks it just ‘failed’ of it’s own accord. I seem to remember kicking the hell out of a malfunctioning mountainbike. If it wasn’t for their sturdiness I would have gone through a good few keyboards over the years. ---

I once broke a door. With a hearty cry of “fucking bitch” I threw a telephone into a door, it was one of those old rotary western electric trimline phones, it broke the (hollow core) door but the phone was fine. ---

While I was a teenager: [ul]Punched & kicked numerous holes in my bedroom wall. Broke my closet doors by smasing them with a coatrack, which also broke. Broke my hand in anger twice; first time by punching a cinderblock wall, second time by punching a block of cream cheese (I worked at a bagel shop) before it had completely healed.[/ul] While I was old enough to know better: [ul]Broke the glass in a picture frame after slamming the door. Almost all of the glass fell into the toilet. It was _fun_ cleaning that particular mess up. Punched yet another hole in a wall.[/ul] My temper has gotten better.
