KarmaComa-- Gamera is a big ol’ rubber monster from the good old days of bad Japanese monster movies. He’s basically a giant, turbo-powered flying turtle. Mystery Science Theater 3000 did a couple of Gamera movies back in the days when Joel Hodgson was still hosting. One of them contained an undubbed musical ode to Gamera, sung by what seemed to be many, many small Japanese children (Gamera was/is supposed to be “a friend to all children”). In the absence of an English translation, Joel and the 'bots made up their own to the tune provided-- I swiped a few lines from it, and there you have my sig. The last time I went to the opera (Samson et Delila, Saint-Saëns) I feel asleep. At the end, I protested to doubters that I had been awake the whole time. When I go back to the homestead at the holidays, I re-read “The Famous Five” adventure stories by Enid Blyton. Whew! I feel as light as a butterfly. ---

Until I switched satellite companies I watched Jerry Springer every afternoon. There are three movies that I constantly watch over and over, Forrest Gump, Steel Magnolias, and Sleepless in Seattle. I shave my knuckles. I guess it’s pretty obvious, if you look, but I have this obsession with body hair, so I am always trying to shave myself bare. I would never admit in public that, if left unchecked, I have more hair on my back than most guys have on their chest. ## It drives me nuts and I have to keep it smooth and hairless as a babies backside. I have all of Depeche Mode’s albums (on cassette) and I still listen to them occasionally, even though I saw them in concert years ago and they sucked live. Sometimes I will make a quarter recipe of rice krispie treats, and eat it all, right from the bowl. LOL! Lexi, yes, that is definitely WTMI. But, I still love ya! I like Michael Bolton, Johhny Mathis, N’Sync (shhhh! don’t tell my daughter), and a bunch of others that I’m sure no one else does.
