Me, I’m putting a moratorium on using my .sig line until the end of the month, which someone in another thread suggested (was it **Danielinthewolvesden**?), and I changed my .sig for those that are already posted to reflect as such.
What else are people doing in rememberance of Wally, either on the SDMB or IRL?

Wally gave me permission to use his gerbil story in a book I’m writing (it fits the story so perfectly). I said then I would give him a mention on the dedications page, but now I’ve also decided to change the character’s name to Wally.

It loads slow at first but once in your cache it should load fine.

I’m trying to throw at least one putz per day into normal conversation. My boss may have a problem with this. I am also trying my darnedest to continue posting in threads in a way that Wally would respect and identify with. His personality has played a big part in shaping the ever growing direction of the SDMB.

In remembrance of Wally, I have made amends to those I have treated poorly, it felt great!
I have also, with the permission of the staff, resumed posting here as kellibelli. I had made a few posts as Warman for the Wally threads. It has made me aware of how much great company I have missed out on.
Life is short, and I dont want to miss anything.

I’m trying to remember not to use my sig line, but on the occasion I forget I’ve changed it to the only thing, AFAIK, Wally ever said directly to me.
And Kunilou, if you press numlock and hold down Alt, then click 0151, you’ll get a nice dash.

Yesterday when one of those unexpected urges for a cigarette hit, I rememberd That I would not smoke for **Wally** today!

{{{Techie,}}} I adore you for doing the banner. A fantastic idea, no doubt one that would have gotten an embarrassed (but greatful) :wally out of Wally.
As you can see [here](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=28503), I have decided to have one of my characters in my improv comedy show (the shrink with plans for world domination, who breaks into maniacal laughter whenever possible) refer to her patients as putzes, as part of a “tough-love” therepy program.
