[Alvin](http://www.wingscc.com/jardine/JFlockPics.aspx?ID=129), the Jardine’s parrot, died today, a little over 9 years old. Everyone had to evacuate the apartment building last week because of a carbon monoxide leak; we’re thinking that might be what killed him. I always thought we’d grow old together. Fly high, little green and orange buddy. I don’t know how many you were worth in the bush; I don’t think I can count that high.
