Howdy Y’all! We deheathenated Luteran style. Afterwards there was a reception to celebrate Reformation Sunday. I thought maybe Danish and stuff but there were breakfast casseroles, meatballs, fruit, cake, brownies, cookies and punch. So we had brunch in the Parish hall and didn’t go get a \ Quickie! \ I just fed my inner eight year old with a bowl of 'mater soup, a grilled pimento cheese sammich, and a glass of milk.😃 **Butters** glad the storm turned into a big nuttin’. **Spidey** the haunted prison sounds like a hoot! **red** hope the hot water gets fixed soonest. ---

Supper was leftover lasagne from the freezer. It was better than the stuff we got on the ship. Tin Roof Sundae later, football now. rah. It’s raining again - guess we should have done leaves yesterday. 😃 ---

I am still happy the Dodgers won and tied up the series. 😃 Other than that, I’m doing a lot of nothing today. TWPTB are confident that there is no rain. They even will show me a pretty picture with no rain on it. It’s raining though. Everything’s all wet, even the dogs. Silly WPTB. ---

**spidey** , lighting a fire under an electric water heater would cause a few problems more than dealing with no hot water. SIL and I had our ramble, the dogs behaved, we came back and had chili and beer (burp…'scuse me) before she left. Now for chillage. ---

A good friend who has been in bad health for some time now died this afternoon. RIP Beppie, you will be missed by many. Please keep Beverly and her family in your thoughts and prayers. ☹ ---

Quit talking about coasters. Kennywood is open but its too cold and wet for even the OW to ride one. 😉 Went out today to round up a stray cannon. Don’t ask ---- long story. Let’s just say we have some unusual phone calls coming in now and then. But we got it into the car and into the garage. ---

And it’s all coming to an end - back to work tomorrow. Vacations never last long enough, do they? Well, unless you’re vacationing with whack-a-doodles or relatives. 😃 ---

**swampy** I’m sorry to hear about your friend. Condolences to his family. **ruble** - next time you open the MMP, I nominate the cannon story. 🙂 ---

Time is running out. The future is fast approaching. I’d better hurry up and learn to play the glockenspiel. (It makes sense in context.) ---

Canes lost, and the power keeps flickering. \*\*{{{swampy and friends}}} ruble\*\*, I thought about you today when SIL and I swung through Stones River Battlefield. There was an encampment and reenactment going on with plenty of **BOOM** to go around. We had to leave before we had chihuahua mutiny. ---
