You probably pay a hosting service, rather than have the server in house, which I presume their doing. Still, even for you, there shouldn’t be more than one hoop to jump through and a couple of hours. If it’s not that easy, you should look into other hosting services who don’t make easy things complicated. It is simple, believe me. Bloody simple. It’s one line in a config file and a reboot. ---
