I wonder if all of us new members will go on a prolific posting-spree. Then we can have people bitching about all the FUCKING NEWBIES ON THE SDMB

Oh, it was easy enough, it just took a little while to kick in and propagate around all the various servers.  
And if I am reading the traceroute right, the SDMB is hosted rather than in-house.

Things seem to be pretty fast, solid, and reliable right now. However, it might be because it’s 3:45AM Chi time, not heavy posting time for the majority. Let’s see what the sunup brings.
