I would have guessed the girl in the OP was a bit older than 15, but she definitely looks high school aged, not in her early 20s. So guessing she might be 17-18 isn’t exactly abnormal for a 15 year old, especially when she’s wearing professionally applied beauty make-up intended to make her look a bit older and a gown which will also make her look a little older. Accounting for that makeup and gown, she’d probably look pretty close to 15 otherwise. And the image of the 12 year old looksin that range, she looks right about 12-13, I’m not even sure why someone would think she looked older than that. The only image in this thread that looks out of whack is Courtney Stodden, which I remember reading about when they got married. She does look older, but it looks like a combination of surgery, abuse (sun, smoking, whatever), and simply not taking good care of herself rather than looking mature for her age. Just about any teenager could look older through that sort of method, but I don’t think many would want to. She may look like she’s in her early to mid twenties, but she looks terrible. ---

I’d guess she was 25-30 from those pictures, but it can be very difficult to judge women’s ages. And there’s a pretty big range of normal development at that age, and plenty of us are always outside it (at 27 years old, I’m still the weight and build of your average 12-year-old girl). ---

Donnie had that smile but Tooms had those eyes. I really need to watch all of those episodes now. It has been too long. (checking my watch) Um, not since they were first broadcast. Another rule: If your fiance played a character so creepy his full name is etched on the memory of people twenty years later, he may not be marriage material. And if people (obviously not your parents) say, “JESUS CHRIST YOU ARE MARRYING EUGENE VICTOR FUCKING TOOMS!” realize that The X Files will be broadcast the rest of your life and life may be more awkward as people cross the street to avoid your husband. But it is too late for that, isn’t it? Well, bless you, child, and I hope for the best even though YOU MARRIED EUGENE VICTOR FUCKING TOOMS. ---
