This is why I refuse to purchase any online content that I can loose access to, just access to stream for a flat monthly fee is one thing but I will not “buy” content that I can be blocked from accessing.

To be fair, that right there is them being nice. Disingenuous, but nice: they reserve the right to disable your account permanently for any reason they dang well want to, up to and including too many pesky emails.
