Oddly enough, it reminds me of the website of a local weekly newspaper - lots and lots of stuff crammed in tiny spaces, lots of colors, not a lot of coherence… Scary to think there are at least 2 people like that in the world with internet access…

Looks like text generated by a Markov chain algorithm. In other words, some one took some text (may even have been Wikipedia) ran it through at program like [Dissociated Press](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dissociated_press), which barfed up the lovely verbiage we’ve just seen.

I’ve seen timecube, I’ve seen all the other crazy nutjobs, I thought I had a handle on internet crazy. But this is an entirely new breed of crazy for me. The thing that’s so scary about this guy is that he seems actually capable of distilling and comprehending relatively complex topics and is largely in tune with the modern world but filters it through his lens of crazy.
If you ignore all the references to David Icke and Protocols of the Elders of Zion and the other standard nutjob material, he actually has quite decent tasts. He’s been to see Watchmen, he quotes Vonnegut and Douglas Englebart, he correctly pinpoints the Glass-Steagal act as being a key factor in the recent economic meltdown.
I first found him through [a grant he submitted to the DHS](http://knowledgetoday.org/wiki/index.php/ICCS06/40) over a year ago and the writing here is again, disturbingly crazy but also disturbingly coherent and pretty techincally accurate.
