# This is crazy!

I mis-spelled (actually mis-typed) a word. I omitted the “a” from my username, and have to wait five minutes after correcting it. That’s friggin’ ridiculous. :mad:

I guess I left that out, didn’t I.  
I was annoyed. At least I said “friggin” instead of “fuckin”. That’s good, huh?

Dear **Mngeorge** ,

Solution:

Go to your “options” page, and set “ **Default Thread Subscription Mode** ” to “No email notification”. Now, you’ll automatically subscribe to every thread you post to. You can click “User CP” to access a list of these threads, and this does not count as a search.

The only drawback is that it won’t notify you when your username is mentioned in an unrelated thread, but come on, how often does that happen?
