Yes you are reading the time stamp right. Our 30k became 85k and I stayed an extra shift. It was not pretty, it was not fun, it was irk. I’ve been telling myself for the last 2 hours that it was worth it. I’m not doing so good at that. 🙂 ---

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up anc caffeinatin’. _YAWN_ 'Tis 45 Amurrkin out and cloudy with a predicted high of 57 and “partly cloudy” for the day. This is more normal weather for the time of year here. \*\*Spidey{/b] yeah, holdin’ the tube above your head was a large part of teh stoopid. I do feel sorry for his family. OK, that’s all I got. I need more caffeine and rumbly tummy wants to be fed. No big plans for the day but I reckon I shall purtify somewhat. Happy Sattidy Y’all! ---

Winter had finally arrived - it’s about 28° in my back yard at the moment. There’s much frost on surfaces. And the pellet stove ran out of pellets overnight, so there’s a bit of a chill in the house. However, Higgs (who slept till 7!!!) has been fed and the stove is now re-pelleted and burning and life is good for a frosty morning. We watched Sherlock last night - I was actually awake later than on NYE!! Which should tell you about our priorities. 😃 Oh, and the [coffee cake](http://allrecipes.com/recipe/229630/polish-cream-cheese-coffee-cake/) was yum! I recommend it! I’m going to find out how well it freezes, because it’s pretty big for 2 people who are trying to eat less sweet stuff. And when the recipe says “sticky dough”, they’re not kidding!! Today’s big plans involve a coat of paint on my smoker stand and several loads of laundry. I’ll need to empty the dishwasher, too - we’ve used a LOT of flatware in the last few days. And I’ll probably have to do other stuff. But for now, my sweetie is in bed, so we’re not doing a lot. Huzzah for morning quiet! Happy Saturday! ---

Happy Saturday! and here I was thinking it was Moonday Up too early and couldn’t get back to sleep. It’s cold outside. I’ve been watching the _Twilight Zone_ marathon. I have no idea what I’m doing today besides irk. I’m starting to get bored with my routine, I take that as a good sign that I’m finally feeling better. ---

There was a an Alfred Hitchcock Marathon on BBC America yesterday. I don’t know what I will find to watch today. Hubby left yesterday on his trip to GA so I am all alone here except the dog and cat. **BLURF**. No plans for the day today except I need to make a run to the Winn Dixie for a few things. ---

We had breakfast, then ran to Lowe’s to get my sweetie a desk lamp. I’ve emptied the dishwasher, cut up the coffee cake and put 2 hunks in the freezer, watered all my houseplants, sorted the dirty laundry and started a load of towels. And I’m bleeding, thanks to a certain idiot cat who won’t leave me alone - I tried to move him off my desk, and he freaked and grabbed my hand. Stoopit cat. Good times, good times… ---

Yum Yum - canned ravioli for lunch. Actually it isn’t so bad, I’ve had worse. Lazy day. I may start some laundry and I need to unload the dishwasher. I wish I could watch an _Alfred Hitchcock_ marathon. I think I have seen every TZ more than once - except I did see one yesterday that I don’t remember seeing before.
