My Behemoth Computer is back home with its new 2TB drive installed. The Fixit Shop left the 150 gig previous C drive (yes, really. Hence why an upgrade was needed) in as an empty backup. I can has lots of space now? 😃 ---

I’ve had med claims kicked out because the doctor’s name was spelled wrong or they picked up the initials, turning “Ellen D Medico” into “ED MEDICO” and requiring me to call Anthem and they say “oh yeah, that would make a difference” and they fix it. Speaking of medical… Long day at the hopsickle for DH. We checked in at ten for a noon procedure. Should have been on the road for home at two. At three, they finally roll him in. NPO since midnight, so he’s _particularly_ cranky. Such is life at a trauma center and an emergency case needs the room. ---

I got my first tomato of the season. Than Goodness for good neighbor’s who share. I love me some fresh homegrown tomatoes. We had burgers for supper cause it’s quick and easy. I only have to irk a half day tomorrow but it’s looking like I may have to irk a half day on Sat since we are so busy. It’s too busy for just my teen clerk and no one else is available. Such is the life of the boss. At least Sat pays premium pay. ---

Funeral tomorrow leaving me as the last member of our churches organ committee. Some survivors guilt but he was a great guy and had a great life and he really missed his wife who passed a few years back. Now they get the time to catch up on all the things they didn’t get to do before; but knowing them both they are probably going to spend eternity helping all the rest of us. ---

Fun fun fun! VWife got up to move a couple of dog butts and resituate herself in bed. She lost her balance and faceplanted into the wall, where there is now a head sized hole in the drywall. She took a ride in the bambilance, and now I’m cooling my heels in the ER while they treat her for a concussion and a busted nose. ---

Home from the ER, with VWife. No concussion, no mention of her nose but still in my semiprofessional opinion it is broken, numerous other scrapes and bruises. The doc told her, "Tomrrow you’re gonna feel like you were hit by the world’s biggest flyswatter… " The next step I dread is telling the landlord anout the hole in the wall. She was damned lucky she hit between the studs, because most assuredly she would have a full blown skull fracture otherwise. Time to resume my ugly sleep. ---

Dang, \*\*BBBobbio \*\*- hope VWife will be OK! When I drag myself out of bed in a stupor, my right hand always reaches for the corner of **FCD** ’s chest of drawers - it’s at the perfect height and location to mess me up good if I stumble. Luckily, the one time I did faceplant, it was on the bed. It’s scary when you lose your balance for no apparent reason. I expect I’ll crawl back into bed myself shortly. My sweetie has left for work, but he thinks he’ll be home early. I need to clean the stoopit smoker and I want to run to Food Lion for some groceries, but not much else for today. I don’t know why I feel so exhausted - I thought I slept well, but I guess not long enough. Guess it’s a good thing I don’t have to work today. Yet another dreary day ahead, weather-wise. The cold comes back tonight, which is why the smoker needs to be cleaned today. After a nap. Definitely after a nap. Happy Last Day of 2015!!! ---
