# This is the second time I've had to re-install my printer software...what's going on?

I have a new computer that came complete with a multi-function printer. I had no problem installing everything and setting everything up.

For some reason, though, I’ve had to re-install the printer software _twice_! Why is this happening?

FTR: I have Windows Vista (in case that makes a difference)
