Hunter S. Thompson, in his Hell’s Angels book, tells of one of the Angels customs. The first one to pass out at a party is pissed on by everyone else. The difference is that they’re pissing on someone they know and love. The Hell’s Angels have the decency to avoid pissing on dying strangers. ---

Well, it is with skunk in it, in my experience - ghastly business. That said, it none of the above turn you into a fucking bastard who should, indeed, be punished to the full extent of the law. Which makes me glad of the existence of the presumably Victorian statute of “outraging public decency”. The RO, I’m loving it! ---

I think that pissing on a dying person would comfortably fit into that. ---
