CNN lost it’s soul trying to keep the both sides thing going regardless of facts on the ground, the rationality of the talking heads on display, and sanity itself. They don’t have any left wing bias that reality does not have already. Don Lemon believes in the civil rights era advances. I do too. That they now need to be defended doesn’t mean there is a bias on the part of those defending it. ---

CNN recently showed a graph with the time starting at the present and moving into the past as you moved to the left. I can’t remember if it was cringe statistics it covid related, but the intent was obviously to sensationalize something that was getting better (the the time scale the graph was depicting). That’s the first time I’ve thought CNN did something equivalent to Fox. ---

A conventional graph starts with the earliest time at the leftmost point on the x axis, then time becomes later as you look right, with the present day often being the rightmost value.
