The obvious flaw in that defense is that Fox claims they were reporting on the Big Lie in order to present all sides of a current political issue (y’know, “fair and balanced”), when in fact that’s the only side they were reporting. ---

I think their only course of action now is to appeal, appeal, appeal, and then try to draw out the damages phase as long as possible and try to come to a low-ball settlement. Not going to happen, IMO. But it will be 10 years before Dominion sees a dime. ---
