They are merely trying to mitigate the damages from a lawsuit that they will definitely lose. I expect they are approaching Smartmatic with an offer of a settlement. And I hope Smartmatic (and Dominion) say “no thanks, we’ll take this to court and now we’re upping our damages to 4.5 billion. Thanks.” I hope they bankrupt Lou Dobbs, and he ends up living in a cardboard box under an overpass. ---

But that friend told the Post that he helped pull Cawthorn out of the car. An accident report reviewed by the Post also showed Cawthorn was declared “incapacitated,” not dead.
