Quick and dirty, just type in:pinned in the search box and it will show all pinned messages. in:pinned #About This Message Board shows pinned in this category. Finally, use the interface if you want further filtering or don’t want to memorize the above. The pinned flag is available in the dropdown of Advanced Search under “Only return topics/posts…”
