I ask you again, why do you care about strangers’ well-being and safety if you’re not even interested in the well-being of someone you’d go on a date with? This question is based on your posts, and I’m trying to understand the inconsistency. I’ve been here for many years, but if you can’t get your story straight, or engage in dialogue about topics such as your own opinions, I don’t imagine you’ll be here long. ---

By the way, while a choke hold may be against departmental policy, it very well may still be legal. That means the cop using the departmentally-banned hold is subject to departmental discipline (as someone mentioned up-thread) but not subject to criminal prosecution. **susan** : Thanks for posting that link!
