Ran that second red light. Figured it saved me 8 minutes. Had ‘Counting Crows’ on the radio singing about colors and wanting to be more funky, just as I hit that stretch of road opposite Cap’t Pomin rock that never gets any sun this time of year. The suspension is so worn out, I don’t know if I’m on ice or just doing the jitter-bug. Didn’t eat at all today and not too worried about it. Maybe when I’m out with the dogs in the desert I’ll think twice, but then, dinner won’t be too far away. Worried I won’t find parking, but I did. I always do. That damn Highway Patrol scared the shit out of me, but didn’t turn around. Needed to stop at the store anyway.
Sunny and nice. Should be doing something productive, instead of waving to people on a web-cam. But it’s better than getting crabbed on at home. Don’t know how Pabst managed to fuck up a batch of beer and get it into circulation, but they did. Hey look, washer fluid is low in the car.
Max told me Neil had died. I was with Neil when I heard Tom had died. At least no dog shit on the floor tonight. Yet. Weather is ugly out East. Not a good time for riding bicycles and hunting little dogs. The Doctor and his brother are both in town, but I only managed to say ‘Hello’ and ‘Happy Birthday’ to their mother.
Rode on 33 twice in a row and then #24.

Best existential thread I’ve read in a while. I have nothing to contribute except I made bacon and potato pancakes for breakfast and Costa Rican coffee. It was all divine.

“Nothing” makes for terrible thread. Too weak. I thread my fat needle with unwaxed dental floss for extra strength. That’s what’s missing here: dental floss. Patch your jeans with nothing else.
