I know this has been commented upon before but the post date system is highly confusing. There are posts marked: Feb '15 - from February 2015 Feb '17 - from February 2017 Feb 15 - from February 15 2021 Feb 17 - from February 17 2021 3h - from February 14 2022 And if that isn’t confusing enough, in a few hours, the last three of those will change and be marked: Feb '21 - from February 15 2021 Feb 17 - from February 17 2021 Feb 14 - from February 14 2022 Such that 21 comes before 17, and 14 comes after 17. ---

Worse yet, I’m seeing posts dated Feb 14 that are from last year, probably because of some time zone thing, even though it’s already Feb 14 over here… So for me, it goes: Feb '21 Feb 14 Feb 15 Feb 17 10h… [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/this-thread-was-started-feb-14-2015-do-not-zombie/712706.md?page=6) [Next page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/this-thread-was-started-feb-14-2015-do-not-zombie/712706.md?page=8)
