Sometimes this earworm makes me regret ever living in Seattle. “Open Every Day! In Federal Way!” \<- was that a car dealership? I can’t remember. Does anyone remember: “Dirt can’t hide… from intensified Tide” ? I have some old magazines with cigarette ads. One (for Old Gold) “Not a Cough in a Carload.” ---

We had that same commercial in 1960s-1970s Baltimore (maybe DC), but I’m having trouble nailing down which dealer. That “nooooooooobody” guy was apparently an actor who made different versions for various cities. I think there was one in Cincinnati (Ford dealership) that got attached to the Bengals somehow. More research is called for and I’m on it. I’ll keep you posted.
