How has name George W Bush not come up yet? Seriously! He is the worst joke the world has seen in recent memory.

America (sadly) will have to live with his name for a long, long time.

(Aussies will NEVER be able to live down the under arm bowling incident though! There is always a Kiwi waiting to remind you!)
