I saw this on another message board I read, and was somewhat amused by the idea. I will give $20 to the last person to reply to this thread, defined as the poster of the last reply in the thread after no one has replied for a week. The offer is void if the thread is locked or otherwise interfered with by a moderator or administrator. The offer is valid only for subscribed posters who registered on or before 2006/03/20 - posts by any poster not meeting that requirement will be ignored when determining a winner. I invite other dopers to contribute to the pool as well. I promise not to interfere with the result by posting after the thread has sat idle for six days and 23 hours, and I ask any other contributors to promise the same. However, contributing to the pool does not disqualify you from winning. So: thread killers of the SDMB, do your worst! ---
