I was searching for an old post of mine so I went to my profile and clicked on “All Posts by DrumBum.” The list ended at 500 and I was expecting it list all of them. Is there a limit to how far back I can go ? Few, if any, of my posts could ever be considered enlightening to my fellow dopers so if my early posts have gone to bit heaven it is no great loss ---

It lists the last 500 posts made. (I thought it was 750 but obviously I am wrong.) Which leaves out 163 posts you made earlier. I think you can get to them through the advanced search selection, just select an earlier range. ---

Since you have less than 1000 posts, an easier method would be to toggle the Ascending/Descending option. One would show your first 500 posts, the other, your last 500. (with some overlap in the middle, of course)
