From time to time people will ask about the various threads on SDMB that have some special feature such as: Most replies Most views Most individuals posting Longest running Highest Views-to-Replies ratio Oldest Etc. I’m wondering if there’s a thread that has no current “Members” (or “Charter Members”) posting to it: one (or more) where all the posters have either been banned or, due to failing to join up after the pay-to-post structure began, are shown as “Guest.” I understand that the really old threads have all posters listed as “Guest” because the software didn’t capture the usernames at the time, so these would be of minimal interest to me. But if they’re “Guest” after the P2P was started, that would be good to know about. If there’s one where everybody has been banned, that would be fun to see, too. Know of any? Other superlative threads you’d like to see? ---

Wow! This is surely a hot topic! How about the thread that spanned the longest time, even if it din’t have the most posts? Or perhaps the thread with the longest time between posts (would almost surely be a zombie, I suppose). ---

I think [this thread on Sept 11](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=86458&page=1&pp=50) was the fastest growing. It got to over 400 posts in a little under 11 hours.
