…Now this would be our transport across Lake Titikaka and on to Bolivia. It’s actually part of the mighty Bolivian Navy. In this day and age not a lot of land locked countries field Navies. And, I must say that on this day, Mr Elbows was looking remarkably lovely don’t you think? ---
