# Threads per page

Is there a way to to control how many threads appear per page in a forum?

Click the User CP on the blue bar of near the top of this page.

The user control panel opens.  
On the left side under settings and options click on Edit Options.

Scroll half way down the page so Thread Display Options is visible and change the Number of Posts to Show Per Page.

The same number of threads per page display as posts per page.

Nope. I just changed that option and it doesn’t affect the number of threads displayed. Still 50 threads, not counting stickied threads.

You’re out of luck then. Your running on board defaults they choose.

Can we get an option for this? Or can the default be changed?

I’m asking because one of the usual arguments for creating a new forum is that threads are getting pushed off the front page. If the front page were bigger, this would be less of a problem.

Did you remember to hit “save changes” at the bottom of the page before you left the page?
