I often have “How the hell can you wear _that_?!?!” threads in my head, but I know that they would not go well, I would get called mean names and then I would feel bad. So now when I see someone wearing something that makes me shudder, I just try to look the other way and quit composing the post. 🙂 ---

Every now and then, I mull over the subject line, **Really Bad Thread Ideas** , to solicit titles for threads that will either sink like stones or turn into trainwrecks.\* But then I wonder if that wouldn’t be the actual result of the thread itself, flirting with inflammatory material, so I pull back. (Sample: “Hey lesbos! Does this make you hot?”) You get the idea. ---

I was half-tempted to start a truely MPSIMS thread mentioning that the banks machines here (or at least, the one I used yesterday) now have an option for American currency. Then I decided it wouldn’t go anywhere and didn’t bother. I was also surpsied recently to have a machine spit out four blue pieces of paper instead of one green one a couple weeks ago. My bank is trying to mess with my head, I think. Didn’t bother starting a thread on that either. ---
