Analysis: Ponderoid Ponderoid is a mysterious person who does not reveal much about him/herself. She/he has wide ranging, rather intellectual interests–everything from the TV industry to pet rats. Ponderoid is not much given to starting conversations on frivolous topics. ---

Biggirl loves her TV, especially American Idol and New Amsterdam. She also has a musical bent, and is quite curious about what things can and cannot be eaten. She dislikes buses of an unnatural length. ---

**Antigen** is a Canadian transplanted to Maryland who aspires to a Mad Scientists’ Degree. It is unclear whether this is the goal in itself, or seen as a prerequisite to Evil Geniushood. Despite a tender heart and romantic inclinations, usually a liability for Mad Scientists, \*\*Antigen’s \*\* profile clearly indicates that his or her arch-nemesis is liable to be of the kitten variety. ---

Elysium is a young newlywed woman who takes some pride in her appearance and is close to her family. Either she or her husband comes from a Catholic background, but neither is particulaly religious. She expresses concern for and takes care of her health. She is an avid reader and watches Adult Swim. ---

Taking a stray kitten would be a no-brainer, but I wasn’t sure if a cat who grew to adulthood as an outside stray could be successfully turned into a happy indoor cat, and I was afraid if I took him and set him loose outside at the new place he’d freak out and run off. Since he had other folks in the neighborhood feeding him also, I wasn’t sure if he was better off where he was. When the time came to go I couldn’t find him.
