I can’t help but wonder if “succumbed to alcohol withdrawal” is code for “suicide.” Like saying someone “lost their battle with PTSD.” Because otherwise, how would they be able to tell so quickly what he died from? I mean, the body was just found after 9 months, and the official cause of death has yet to be determined, so… yeah. I take that as a sign there was some external indicator of what happened. ---
